Robotics Program

Technology is changing the way people do things in every part of the world, and the sector continues to expand. What are schools doing to prepare the next generation for the future? Educators must embrace the latest skills and knowledge for effective teaching. That’s why they should embrace robotics, which is breaking new ground in learning methodologies around the world. Robotics is a great way to get kids excited about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) topics and is an excellent, multidisciplinary field to impart practical, hands-on learning to students

Our Robotics special program is a classroom course. This program offers excellent Robotics solutions for all age group children of the school. Our amazing programs help kids understand the fundamentals of their core subjects such as Robotics Computer, Technology, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, and Architecture & Design.

What is a robot? : Robots are defined as programmable machines or gadgets that can replace humans in performing a range of tasks by executing input commands.  As the world looks forward to a future of fully-fledged artificial intelligence, you can expect these gadgets will soon have even more advanced features. There are 2 levels of our Robotics Program:

  1. Basic and Intermediate Level
  2. Intermediate and Advanced Level

Basic and Intermediate Level

LEGO® WeDo Programming and Robotics Foundations

Learn about Lego robotics and what it takes to make a robot. Be it a car or a humanoid learn about different parts that makes a complete robot. The young robots robotics program is aimed for students who are new to robotics and have no previous experience in the field. All projects are aimed primarily at proper construction and function of the Lego robots.

Students learn to use a LabVIEW visual programming language to control LEGO® WeDo and other programmable robots. They will build and program their models with their partner while exploring a series of cross-curricular, theme-based activities to develop their skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics as well as language, literacy, and social studies. As an introduction into programming and a precursor to the LEGO® Robotics Coding and Graphical Coding course, students and their teammate will be taught basic program structure using a LabVIEW visual programming language while controlling WeDo 2.0, and various other programmable robots and activities.
Each student and their teammate will compete with other teams to complete numerous programming challenges using the Robot Educator Model.

Age Groups

  1. 7-9 Year Old (Spring Break and Summer Classes)
  2. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grade (After School Classes)

Four Critical Areas

The program has been specialized and focused which cover the four critical areas of learning:

  1. Think out of the box skills (scientific process, mathematics, engineering design, technological literacy)
  2. Improvised thinking patterns (teamwork, communication, resource allocation, accuracy, and precision)
  3. Excellent Programming skills (engineering skills, Elementary mathematical concepts (including decimals and fractions)
  4. Tackle and Conquer the problems (innovation, problem-solving, time management, determination, and perseverance )

Intermediate and Advanced Level

LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 and Robotics Coding

This class serves as an intermediary class between LabView and RobotC languages. Programs written in blocks but use coding language to control LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 robots. Students do not need previous experience, and they are taught everything they need to know to be successful programmers. Instruction is adapted for every student’s level and the curriculum is extended for those who come back for more.

Students are taught how to write programs in RobotC, a dialect of the industry standard C-programming language, to control LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 robots. The students will complete numerous programming challenges with a teammate using the Robot Educator Model. They are taught the language through hands-on experience and lesson plans developed by KidzCode. Like all of our courses, students do not need previous experience, and they are taught everything they need to know to become successful programmers. Instruction is adapted for every student’s level. In addition to the concepts taught in the LEGO® Robotics Foundations and Graphical Coding class, students will also be exposed to the programming fundamentals.

Age Section

  1. 10-14 Year Old (Spring Break and Summer Classes)
  2. 5th Grade Onward (After School Classes)

Four Critical Areas

The program has been specialized and focused which cover the four critical areas of learning in robotics:

  1. Coding and Designing skills
  2. Futuristic and Innovative thinking patterns
  3. Skills required for New Era
  4. Battle of the brightest
